Luke+Leah tied the knot on Saturday, so I am so thrilled to finally be able to share these lovely bridals with y'all! During Leah+Luke's engagement session, I discovered that Leah has a love for antique books. SO...I thought it would be really fun to try and incorporate that into her bridal session. After looking high and low for a cool library with ladders (and failing miserably), I decided to bring a wooden ladder that my dad made on the session and lean it up against a rock wall. I think I actually ended up liking this even more...so whimsy! With hair done by Laura Needham and gorgeous florals perfectly designed by Flora Fetish, this session really could not have met my expectations any more.Leah also brought along some letters that Luke wrote for the night he proposed and did a little typing on an old typewriter. She typed the phrase "Be our Guest" (Guest is her new last name) from Beauty and the Beast. I mean seriously...could that be more perfect?
All of that aside, Leah is one of the sweetest souls on the planet. Photographing her is so fun and not just because she is absolutely beautiful. Leah has one of the most tender hearts of any person I have met, making working with her such a dream. Words can't express the excitement I felt on Saturday as she walked down the aisle to her sweet husband. Can't wait to share the photos from their big day, but for now enjoy this lovely lady's bridals!
